Are the items featured on your website always in stock?

Not everything on our website is in stock at our store in North Gower, however, can be in stock a week or less after ordering. If you are concerned about turn around time, feel free to contact us before making a purchase and we can give you an estimated delivery date for your order.
I don't live local, can I have my items shipped to me?"

Yes! Due to the nature of most of the items on our website, we aren't able to provide shipping details upfront. However, if you wish to have items shipped to you, contact us and we can provide a shipping quote for you before ordering. At this time, we can only provide shipping to those within Canada.
I live local, can I pick up my items in store?"

We offer free in store pick-up on all our products. Choose 'pick-up in store' as your shipping option during check-out. Please wait to receive your pick-up notice before coming to pick-up.
I live local, can I get local delivery?"

If you live locally and wish for us to personally deliver to you, choose 'local delivery' during check-out. For large items, such as tractors and zero-turns, we offer free delivery within 20km of our store. Anything else, or addresses more than 20km, will be charged a fee of $1/km.
I'm not happy with my product, can I get a refund?"

For non-power equipment, The Old Co-op will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. For power equipment, we are unable to process a return unless there is an issue with the piece, in which case, we will refer to the warranty. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on refunded items.
